Holiday club is broken down into a morning (10:30-12:15pm) and afternoon (12:45-2:30pm) sessions. Please bring snacks/lunch for your child to consume during the break (no nuts please) Tues 26th Dec - Human Body - Learn about the skeleton, organs and eye - Create an eyeball - Make squishy organs - Construct a moving skeleton Wednesday 27th - Creative writing day - Create a 3D scene - Work in groups to generate a story board - Write your story with new writing techniques Thurs 28th Dec - Dinosaurs - Learn about how fossils are produced - Explore the different fossil discoveries - Explore the lives of dinosaurs - Make your own fossil The themes are the same as the primary children but will be higher level content. All sessions are drop off sessions. If you wish to stay there is a seating area available. ......................................................................................... Our holiday camps allow you to book for the entire week, or pick and choose full or half day sessions allowing you complete flexibility to plan sessions around your schedule. Enrolling onto a camp is done in two parts: 1) Booking a session - this reserves a place for your child 2) Paying for sessions - this must be done within 24 hours of booking to secure your place. Payment can be made via the site, or PayPal or Bank transfer (details will be emailed once you have booked a place) A receipt will be sent to confirm payment. PLEASE NOTE: Your child's place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Bookings are expected to be made the month before the sessions starts. For example, for September sessions, your block bookings are expected to be paid by 31st August. If you book after the last day of the month, we reserve the right to cancel or change the start date for your sessions. From time to time there may be early bird discount codes. Each month you continue you will be auto enrolled and able to use these early bird discounts! .......................................................................................................... TERMS Of BOOKING Please note, once booked tickets are non-refundable, even if your child misses a session. Ticket bookings will only be taken via this site. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. We reserve the right to not accept your booking for whatever reason. If we do so, we do not need to provide you with a reason for refund of your tickets. For the Under 7's parents are required to attend (unless specified eg for Phonics and Maths & English Primary) The child's parents are responsible for any damage caused by their child. We reserve the right to invoice you for damages caused Each session will be documented through photography and/or video which may be used for advertising future events on flyers, press releases, facebook, whatsapp groups, websites etc. There will be an option to select whether you give permission when buying a ticket. Please note, no other photography is allowed during any session, this includes the use of camera phones. Late Collection - there will be a 15min grace period for collection of children at the end of the session. A £5 late collection charge will apply for every 15min above the initial grace period to cover staffing costs. By purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to the above terms.
